Your messages sync with iPhone and Android, Outlook and Thunderbird, so you see the same mail on your phone, tablet and computer. The infrastructure is built to a 99.9% uptime target. If you already have email with another provider, we move your messages to your new mailbox free of charge.
If we also host your website, the same team looks after your site and your email. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly for your domain, so recipients' email providers recognise your messages as genuine and are less likely to send them to the spam folder. Our prices are published, with no hidden charges. If you need anything, email our technical team. You can choose between Starter (10GB per mailbox) and Premium (50GB per mailbox), depending on how much email you handle.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep the email address I already use?
Yes. As long as the address is on your own domain, you keep exactly the same one (e.g. info@yourcompany.com). We move your email to the new mailbox free of charge, and your customers carry on writing to you as before.
Will my old messages come across too?
Yes. The free migration includes your old messages. We agree a date for the switch with you, so it doesn't fall on a busy day.
Which devices can I read my email on?
On your phone, tablet and computer. Sync works with iPhone and Android, Outlook and Thunderbird, and you see the same up-to-date messages on every device you've connected.
What's the difference between Starter and Premium?
Storage. Starter has 10GB per mailbox and Premium has 50GB, for anyone with a lot of messages and attachments. Everything else is the same in both: anti-spam and anti-virus, free migration, sync, email support and a 99.9% uptime target.
What do you do to stop my emails ending up in spam?
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC email authentication correctly for your domain. This lets recipients' email providers confirm that your messages really were sent by you, so they're less likely to put them in the spam folder. Each recipient's provider still makes the final decision, though.
