At Phoenixtech, we've been designing, hosting and maintaining websites, online shops, web apps and mobile apps since 2018. We're a member of AnKas Group and have clients in Greece, Cyprus, Germany and the UK.
Our prices for hosting, email, support and Google Ads are published below. For a website, online shop or app, you get a written quote with a timeline before we start.
Your domain, site, code and accounts belong to you. We just manage them. You can have a full copy of your site or app whenever you ask.

Five layers of protection, three copies
A security plugin on its own isn't enough. Every site and app we host is protected by five layers. If something gets past one layer, the next one catches it.

How much does a website cost, and why is it quoted individually?
The cost of a website depends on the number of pages, the features, the design and your SEO/AEO needs, which is why Phoenixtech quotes for each website individually. That way, you pay for exactly what you need, with no hidden charges. Get a free quote and you'll receive a detailed cost breakdown before any work starts.
How long does it take to deliver a website?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks for a site of up to 5 pages (Essential), and 4 to 6 weeks for a site of up to 10 pages (Advanced) or an online shop. The clock starts when you send us your logo, text and photos. We set out the exact timeline in the written proposal, before the project starts.
What is AEO/GEO, and why do I need it?
AEO (answer engine optimisation) and GEO (generative engine optimisation) mean optimising for AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, so that your business appears in their answers. As more and more people turn to AI for answers, AEO/GEO makes it more likely that your brand is recommended there. Phoenixtech structures your site's content and data so these engines can easily understand and cite them.
Are hosting, the domain and SSL included in the website build?
No. Phoenixtech hosting is a separate annual package that you choose only if you want it. It includes free SSL (HTTPS) and free migration of your existing site. The domain is yours, and so are the site and the accounts.
What's included when you build an online shop?
A complete online shop built with WordPress and WooCommerce on a premium theme tailored to your branding. We add up to 20 products, and any more are priced per product. It has categories, filters, stock and order management, delivery options and delivery charges. Customers can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or cash on delivery. Courier integration is charged per courier company. We set up Google Analytics and Search Console, and before the shop goes live, we place test orders and train you.
Do you use WordPress or custom development?
Both. We build online shops with WordPress and WooCommerce. We usually build websites with WordPress and, when the project needs it, with custom development using modern technologies. Either way, the domain, the site and the accounts belong to you.
What does your Google Ads fee include?
Phoenixtech's Google Ads fee covers setting up, monitoring and optimising your campaigns. The packages cost €1,200, €3,000 or €6,000 a year plus VAT, which works out at €100, €250 or €500 a month, and you can pay in instalments. The ad budget isn't included: you pay it directly to Google.
How quickly does support reply?
Phoenixtech's technical team replies to emails sent to support@phoenixtech.gr within 72 hours on the Essential support package, 48 hours on Advanced and 24 hours on Ultimate. Only Ultimate includes phone and WhatsApp support, as well as 24/7 cover for critical incidents.
Can you migrate my existing website?
Yes. If you want to keep your site as it is and move it to our hosting, the migration is free with the hosting package. If we're building you a new site and you want us to move the content from your old one, that migration is priced separately. It includes 301 redirects, so the old URLs point to the new pages.
Who owns the site and the accounts?
You do. Your domain, site, code and accounts belong to you, and Phoenixtech just manages them. There's no technical lock-in: you can have a full copy of your site or app whenever you ask.
